FLOOD MAPS USAGE
Maps represent estimated extents of flood waters originating from the identified flood source(s) and are based upon stream geometry and infrastructure present in the year indicated. Maps are provisional and not intended for regulatory use.
Flood boundaries and depths are provided for informational purposes and should not be used for regulation, enforcement, or insurance rating purposes. Any floodplain data to be used for regulatory purposes should be obtained directly from FEMA.
In some areas, flood data come from a third party and include fewer flood probabilities than available elsewhere. In these locations, only the 10-, 2-, 1-, and 0.2-percent annual chance flood boundaries and depths are shown.
